Yong Hui Zhang found dead in Sussex.

Richmond Times-Dispatch:

The body of a Fredericksburg deliveryman who was abducted Thursday night was found last night in a remote area of Sussex County, Fredericksburg police said.

Yong Hui Zhang, 24, disappeared sometime after 9:30 p.m. Thursday while making deliveries for his family’s restaurant, China Express at 1500 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg.

Zhang was found shortly after police arrested suspects Jermaine Montgomery, 34 and Marcey White, 36, in southeastern Virginia. His car was found not far from his remains, authorities said.

Montgomery and White were arrested shortly after 5:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart in Franklin, police said. Zhang’s family contacted police at 10:15 p.m. Thursday when he did not return from his last round of deliveries.

One of Zhang’s deliveries was to a vacant apartment at 202 Charles St., police said. Police believe Zhang was ambushed and assaulted there.

Montgomery and White have been charged with abduction, conspiracy to commit abduction, carjacking, conspiracy to commit carjacking, credit-card theft, and conspiracy to commit credit-card theft, Fredericksburg police said.

A third suspect was in the Wal-Mart with Montgomery and White at the time of the arrest. Police said there are no charges against that person.

Zhang’s cause of death has not been determined yet, police said.

“We are deeply saddened by this tragic turn of events,” Fredericksburg chief David Nye said in a statement. “Our hearts go out to the Zhang family for their terrible loss.”

  21. Choosing a reliable exchange starts with clear rates, simple navigation, and visible support. Names such as casher.is, ddnaex.pro, and katapulto.io often enter the discussion when people compare everyday options for digital asset swaps.

A careful review should also consider processing speed, available networks, and the way fees are shown before confirmation. Blago.cx, bitmafia.io, and biteco.one illustrate why users benefit from comparing several services instead of relying on one familiar name.

Reputation matters just as much as convenience. Feedback about bitshake.net, stuartexchange.com, and bit-pay.exchange can reveal how consistently a platform handles routine requests, delays, and questions when a transaction needs additional attention.

For less common routes, people may examine moment-obmen247.io, neobit.best, or bitmixer.ac and check whether the requested pair is currently supported. A calm, methodical comparison helps avoid rushed choices based only on a tempting rate.

Other services, including bswap.pro, bananex.io, and spill.ninja, may appeal to users seeking different currencies or transfer methods. It is sensible to verify the final amount, expected timing, and service conditions before proceeding with any exchange.

The same approach applies when reviewing raketa.exchange and wall-street.exchange: compare terms, read current feedback, and keep records of each request. In the black_cash_020926 project, practical research remains the best basis for confident decisions.
