I am sherayla stephens Keshia’s 4th child, I was 5 years old when my family was brutally murdered, my older siblings and i have felt the trauma for years and it will never go away, we have to hold onto any and all memories we shared with them, this monster and whoever helped him deserve all that is coming to them! The state of Virginia is wrong to have let this man stay alive as long as he has, do abolish the death penalty was just one of the many blows we faced. The first responding officers went to the apartment complex but didn’t even go to the apartment??? Where the fuck do they do that at??? If they had actually went up there, maybe even one life could have been saved…and what happened to the people who hauled Juniper away like he didn’t just slaughter 4 people? Were they arrested as well? I hope those 2 officers lost their jobs and that this is weighing heavily on their minds…

Please don't try to blame it on drugs because he's in jail without them so why is he still acting the same way?Everyone not lying on him.
