Agreed TJ. And to add to the mix, the Caroline detective investigating has ties to a former member of the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office who is no longer working there. Interesting coincidence considering the expediency of the arrest, mom’s ties w/ a member of the CA’s office, and all else above.

Caroline jumped the gun on this one – bad.

That’s why we have a system and it should not be circumvented especially when the case deals with parents who apparently hate each other and there is a history of this same accusation.

Over zealous prosecution without the following the proper procedure is just like walking into a trap.

Follow the rules and the system. Think with your head and not emotions.

Anyone else think it’s interesting that – according to the CP story – the CA’s office signed off on an “information warrant” to “move quickly” (and deny Lloyd of a preliminary hearing) but then recused itself a few days later because one of the attorneys in the office had prior involvement with the mother & the custody situation?

and later – after taking such great lengths to arrest him quickly – agreed to a PR bond?

Something smells.

Sounds as though there is plenty of blame to go around!

Also smells of “professional courtesy.”

But apparently both parents are in Law Enforcement, need I say more?

And from what I have seen there are not many “professionals” in social service or the Hanover CSB.

Virginia is not a child, mentally ill, homeless, or any other weakness, and vulnerability , friendly state. Survival of the fittest and lucky!
