You are correct in one respect. The shooting was not caused by something at Virginia Tech. It was caused by something Virginia Tech did not have. That was knowledge of a “conflict in the physiology of sight” and that this problem would cause a mental break.

Thirty-two people died for the lack of a simple piece of information. Cubicles have been used for forty years to prevent the mental break Cho had.

There have been other shootings caused by Subliminal Distraction. The Redlake School shooting, the Atlanta Day Trader Shooting, and Jason Weed’s shooting of a mail carrier in 2001 were all caused by SD. (All these cases are covered at VisionAndPsychosis.Net.)

There are suicides and strange disappearances every year when college students do not use Cubicle Level Protection for study areas or computer workstations. (See site pages.)

Cho’s “mental illness” was the beginning of symptoms from his SD exposure. Interviews of roommates said he used the suite common room to study while they walked by ignoring him. He increased that activity in the month before the shooting.

That’s the same behavior that caused mental breaks for office workers in the 1960’s when Subliminal Distraction was discovered.

No, the only person responsible for the shooting happening is, one, Seung-Hui Cho.
Mr. Cho had a long history of mental illness, he didn’t have a “mental break”, and it wasn’t caused by anything at Virginia Tech.
Now, Mr. Thomas Fadoul is complaining that private citizens haven’t given him enough money, so now he wants to take tax dollars to compensate himself for the death of his cousin and god-only-knows how much in legal fees from the less of the victim’s families.

Virginia Tech was responsible for the shooting happening. They failed to provide Cubicle Level Protection for student study areas or warn students of a “conflict in the physiology of sight” that was discovered when it caused mental breaks for office workers in the 1960’s.

Thirty-two people died for the lack of a simple piece of information.

The school and Governor’s office were advised of this problem but it is unlikely any official agency in Virginia will admit their mistakes.
