Fred2Blue is reporting (March 2 and March 5) that the rumor going around is that Keith Hummel, formerly an emergency room medical doctor and current owner of Hummel Vineyards in Westmoreland County is considering a run in the 1st Congressional District.
While lacking an “official” announcement, he has launched a blog and anyone considering a run against Rob Wittman gets a free promotion (and a permanent link on my blogroll): The Virginia Populist
Hopefully he does run, and saves me from having to write-in William Frawley or Ham Sandwich…
